Packaging
Our packaging changes design regularly. Sometimes, therefore, packaging may differ from the pictures you see on our website.

Warranty
There is a guarantee of 1 week on our products if you respect our storage conditions which are mentioned on the packaging. If there is anything wrong with the ordered product, please contact us so we can solve it.

What should I do if there is damage to the product upon delivery?
Damage is a very annoying issue and unfortunately not always preventable. Of course, we will strive to achieve this together with the transport company. Upon receipt of your order, always check the products carefully. In the unlikely event of damage to one of the items in your order, please report this via email within 48 hours of receiving your order. The sooner you report it, the sooner the damage can be rectified. We kindly ask you to send photos so that the damage can be assessed.

Damage afterwards?
If the damage is due to production, a solution is always possible. This is subject to the statutory warranty period.

Please contact us as soon as possible by phone or mail.

Returning
It is always possible that the product you ordered does not meet your expectations or wishes. Unfortunately, we cannot take any risks in connection with food safety as food is too delicate to return.

Conditions for warranty period:

  • within 7 calendar days of delivery;
  • when the product is complete;
  • if it hasn't been consumed;
  • in the original packaging, if reasonably possible (this should not be written on);
  • If the storage conditions stated on the packaging have been respected.
  • Products specially manufactured for you are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we reserve the right to charge for the damage. For more information, please refer to our general terms and conditions.

Prices
All prices on the website include 6, 12 and 21% VAT.

Pay
You can pay with us online and by bank transfer. We accept Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, American Express & PayPal. When we have received your payment, we will start processing the order.

Shipping
In Europe we ship via NCS
Shipping costs depending on parcel size: see bill of sale.

Pick up
We will inform you about this and you can visit us by appointment to pick up your order.

You can indicate during checkout that you wish to pick up.

Delivery time
Average delivery time is 3 to 7 days for Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg and up to 14 days in Europe. Courier is NCS. During checkout you can indicate that you want your order delivered at home.
